  • I have a problem and need to cancel (pause, change, return, request a refund, etc) my order.
  • Please contact us through the contact form and we will work to resolve the problem quickly as possible. 

  • How do you ship my order?
    We generally use USPS and UPS for handling all our shipping. (Telepathy and carrier pigeons didn't work so don't even ask.) 

  • My order was damaged during shipment, what do I do?
    Simply contact us with details about the order and we will work with you as swiftly as possible.

  • I need my stickers in a hurry, can you rush my order?
    We are a one squirrel on a wheel operation and do not offer expedited service at this time. Perhaps when we add another squirrel. Or hamster.
